Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Google Workspace offers a free 14-day trial, and as a partner we can extend or apply discount codes against the post-trial subscription. Ask and we will set it up.
Can we keep our existing domain and email addresses?
Yes — that is the standard path. We point your domain at Google Workspace via MX records, migrate the existing mailboxes, and preserve every [email protected] address. Nothing changes from the customer perspective.
What about migrating from Microsoft 365 or Exchange?
Done all the time. Google offers tooling (Data Migration Service, Google Workspace Migration for Microsoft Outlook) that we drive through start to finish — mail, calendar, contacts, and Drive (from OneDrive) where applicable.
How long does setup take?
New tenant with a small team and no existing mail: 1-2 days. Migration with mail history from another provider: 3-7 days, depending on mailbox sizes and history retention. We schedule the DNS cutover for a low-traffic window so customers do not see disruption.
Why use a partner instead of signing up at workspace.google.com directly?
