How long does a typical migration take?

Most migrations finish in two to five business days from kickoff. We move the site to a staging URL, test on every major browser and device, then schedule the DNS cutover for a low-traffic window so your visitors do not see anything unusual.

Can I switch tiers later?

Yes — request an upgrade or downgrade any time. The change takes effect on the next billing cycle, so you finish out the current month on your existing tier with no penalty either way.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We monitor usage and reach out before anything breaks. A short, one-off spike is absorbed without fees. If your sustained traffic or storage outgrows your tier, we will talk about moving you up — no surprise charges, no silent throttling.

Are backups automatic, and where are they stored?

Every plan includes daily automatic backups, stored off-server so an environment-level issue cannot wipe them out. Higher tiers add on-demand snapshots, so it is safe to ship risky changes. We can restore from any retained backup on request.

What happens if my site gets infected with malware?

Every hosted site is automatically scanned for known malware on the file system, and we alert you the moment something is flagged — that monitoring is included free with every plan because keeping infected sites contained protects every other site on the infrastructure and their end users. Cleanup and mitigation by us are billable at our standard $150/hour engineering rate if you would like us to handle it, or you can remediate yourself using the alert as a starting point.

Do you handle email along with hosting?

What does the "professional site transfer" actually include?

We handle the full migration ourselves: pulling the existing site, importing it on our infrastructure, re-issuing SSL certificates, reconfiguring DNS records, and end-to-end testing of every page, form, and integration before the cutover. You do not have to touch anything.
