How quickly will I hear back after submitting this form?
Most new inquiries get a reply within one business day. Existing managed clients have contractual SLAs that may be faster, and emergency tickets are routed accordingly.
What happens after I submit a message?
Anthony reviews the message personally, sends a reply with any clarifying questions, and proposes a 30-minute discovery call if it looks like a fit. No pushy sales follow-up and no contract before the conversation.
I have an urgent issue — should I use this form?
For active emergencies (server down, ransomware suspected, account compromised, data breach in progress), call (619) 535-6104 directly. The form is monitored during business hours but is not the right channel for an active incident.
What should I include in my message?
The more context, the better the first reply. Useful details: what you are running today (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, on-prem servers), what is not working or what you are trying to change, your rough timeline, and any compliance requirements you are under such as HIPAA or PCI DSS.
Will my information stay confidential?
Yes. We do not share or sell contact form submissions. Submissions are routed directly to Anthony via SMTP, are not stored in a third-party CRM, and are covered by our Privacy Policy. If your inquiry involves sensitive information, we can sign an NDA before the discovery call.
Do you serve clients outside the Hudson Valley?
Yes. On-site work is concentrated in Hudson Valley NY (Orange, Ulster, Dutchess, and surrounding counties). Everything else — managed IT, cloud, WordPress hosting, security audits, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 deployments — is delivered remotely to clients nationwide.
What hours do you keep?
Standard hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern. Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday by appointment. Existing managed clients have a 1–2 hour response SLA during normal coverage.
